You know how you're supposed to post every day for Blogmas? Yeah, that didn't happen... this is why I didn't want to get myself in this mess to begin with, but here we are! I'm not the kind of person who can drag herself to her computer every day to make a post just because there's a challenge waiting for me, mostly because I never know what to post about.
These past few days, I literally didn't post for the sole reason that I didn't know what to write about, and ended up spending all that time binge-watching a couple series.

Much Ado About Blogmas - Days 15 - 18

Well, I knew there was a reason for me to think that participating in Blogmas would be a mistake: that reason is that I can't find the time and energy to post every day. And that's on regular days, let alone if I'm spending the weekend away with my friends. I actually didn't even open my laptop in the past couple days (until tonight, of course), and that's pretty much why I asked Allie to post here this weekend (and not some other time, she's amazing of course I'd eventually have her come here for a guest post), but due to the fact that Google didn't believe it was me signing in from the other side of Europe, I had to verify her and I was deeply asleep by the time she realized that.
Long story short, it wasn't until I woke up this afternoon that I saw I had to figure out how to verify her, do it, and only then she could write here, which she kindly did (and did a marvelous job at that too!), and I'm very thankful for it.

I figured I should at least try to make up for the lost time by telling you about my weekend, so this post will be more of a diary entry than the usual posts. I don't know, It's Christmas time, I'm in a giving mood and my gift to you is allowing you to get to know me and my life a bit better, so if you're not into that, feel free to move on to some other post now.

Nailed It! #2 • Blogmas - Day 13/14

As you know, I wasn't really into this Blogmas thing, but then Allie invited me to make a guest appearance on her blog and I started feeling it. However, by then it was too late for me to get in the Blogmas bandwagon, or that's what I thought.
A couple days ago, Allie told me she was considering dropping it, so I suggested we'd just continue Blogmas in my blog (so, yes, you can expect a guest appearance here too), only I was hella busy on that day so we skipped one.

Now, I'm still very busy with school this week, so bear with me if some posts come with a little delay. In fact, it took me over two days to finish these nails (because I'd only do them when I could find some spare time).

I clearly eff'd up my nails already... sigh

So, I was planning a Christmas-y look since last week, but I couldn't find the time to do my nails. When your academic duties give you a high five... in the face... with a chair.

I started this look on Monday or so at my Bee's place. In fact, I don't even own a lot of the stuff I used. I forgot to take a picture of the red nail polish I used and, quite frankly, I can't remember which one it was. I remember it was a big, squarish bottle with white letters spelling "XXL". I just picked the red that felt like Christmas the most. Other than that, I used two different base coats, a golden nail polish, clear nail polish, red and green glitter, and an all-in-one top coat.

What is your relationship status? Single and not really willing to change that right now (the one person who made me consider that ghosted me soon as I said "It's a date, then", so...)

What color hair do you have? I've dyed my hair for years (as in if I suddenly woke up with my natural hair color on, I wouldn't recognize myself in the mirror) and it's currently red ☺

How would you describe your style? My style isn't even my style, I can't afford my style.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Why? London or Hollywood, probably... I've never been to either, but I've loved London all my life and I'm a film making student, so yeah Hollywood is explained right there.

Opinion on smoking? Well, I am a smoker, so I won't judge you if your poison is the same as mine. I will judge you however if you smoke near children, because if I can step away soon as a child approaches my smoking self, so can you.

Do you play an instrument? I can play John Cage's 4'33'' in any instrument. Other than that, I can play a couple songs in the guitar and in the concertina, and I plan to learn how to play a couple other songs in a few other instruments.

Do you like it when people play with your hair? I love it! The #2 reason for me to have a undercut is that my freshly shaven hair is hella smooth and people will want to pet it.

I dislike one of the eldery couples from across the street (a few years ago I threatened to burn their house down, but only because my dog had just died and we believed that that asshole had poisoned her, so my threat was basically "if they tell me Zara was poisoned, I'm burning that house down with them in it") but other than that it's cool... in the apartment, I don't really know my neighbors but I'm always nice enough to wish them a nice day and hold doors for them when I see them.

Ain't nobody got time for #blogmas

December has started, and, with it, Blogmas arrived. In case you don't know already, Blogmas consists in posting something every day until Christmas, which is also the reason why I didn't post this yesterday instead of today. I didn't want to get your hopes up, since I will not be participating in it and here's the reason why:

Many of you know that I study cinema at university, which means that, by now, the end of the semester approaches and I have a ton of projects to attend to, and, therefore, I am too busy to make a post every day, let alone make more than one to keep in store in case I can't write some day. I don't have the kind of lifestyle in which I can spare that much time and effort, and so I decided I shouldn't get myself in a challenge I know for a fact that I cannot possibly complete. That said, I will keep up with the nail art stuff as well as the movie/shows reviews (and I do intend to post one of latter sometime this weekend).
